A Deposit is required upon booking all services, this will be deducted from your appointment total.

  • Anyone under the age of 18 will require a signed parental consent form for all services.

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do will forfeit your deposit.
